A lot of honey on shelves has been cut with sugar syrup, or heated hard enough to kill the enzymes that made it worth buying. We skip all of it — every jar comes straight from a beekeeper we know in the Somwarpet hills.
From farmer to jar
We don't pool honey from a dozen unknown sources. Each batch we sell is logged against the beekeeper and village it came from, in the Somwarpet range. This is a page from that register.

The Somwarpet range sits in the shade of coffee plantations and thick forest, which means bees here move between coffee blossom, jackfruit, and whatever wildflower is in season. That mix is what gives the honey its character from one batch to the next.
We work with beekeepers who already live here — this isn't honey trucked in and rebranded. It's harvested a short drive from where it's bottled.
Every batch changes slightly with the season — that's the bees foraging, not an inconsistency.
